Nickel-Based Superalloys
High strength and corrosion performance under demanding environments. For valve, oil & gas, and high-temperature applications requiring metallurgical confidence and documentation integrity.
Inconel 718
Nickel-chromium superalloy offering exceptional tensile strength, corrosion resistance, and fatigue performance. Widely specified for valve stems, oilfield CRA components, and high-pressure assemblies.
Inconel 625
Exceptional corrosion resistance and weldability across a wide range of temperatures. Preferred for seawater service, heat exchangers, and CRA cladding applications.
Inconel 825
Nickel-iron-chromium alloy with excellent resistance to reducing and oxidizing acids. Used in chemical processing, oil & gas handling, and acidic service environments.
Hastelloy C276
Outstanding resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking in highly aggressive chemical environments. Widely used in process industry and flue gas applications.
Hastelloy X
High-temperature alloy with exceptional oxidation resistance and strength at elevated temperatures. Used in heat treating equipment, gas turbine components, and industrial furnace applications.
Monel 400 / K500
High strength and excellent corrosion resistance in seawater, brine, and hydrofluoric acid. K500 adds age-hardening for increased mechanical properties in pump shafts and valve stems.
Cobalt-Based Alloys
Wear, erosion, and galling resistance for trim and hardfacing applications. Critical for control valve trim, pump components, and industrial wear surfaces operating under aggressive conditions.
Stellite Grade 6
The most widely specified cobalt alloy for valve seat and trim applications. Excellent balance of hardness, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance across a broad temperature range.
Stellite Grade 12
Higher hardness variant for applications requiring superior abrasion resistance. Used where sliding wear under high loads is the primary failure mechanism.
Stellite Grade 21
Mo-bearing grade with enhanced corrosion resistance in acidic and caustic environments. Lower carbon content than Grade 6 — suitable for applications combining wear and chemical attack.
Duplex & Super Duplex Stainless Steels
High-strength, corrosion-resistant stainless steels for aggressive oil & gas and process environments. Specification discipline is critical — ferrite balance, PREN, and heat treatment condition are non-negotiable.
Duplex 2205
The most widely used duplex grade — balanced austenite-ferrite microstructure offering high strength and excellent chloride corrosion resistance. Preferred for offshore, desalination, and process applications.
Super Duplex 2507
High PREN grade for the most aggressive chloride and seawater environments. Significantly higher corrosion resistance than standard duplex, with superior mechanical properties.
Zeron 100
High alloy super duplex with tungsten addition for enhanced pitting and crevice corrosion resistance. Used in aggressive offshore and chemical process environments.
